FAQ
-
When is the best time to book my newborn session?
It’s best to book your newborn session during your second trimester to ensure availability. Sessions typically take place when your baby is between 5-14 days old for those beautifully curled-up, sleepy poses.
-
Where do sessions take place?
All newborn sessions are held in my relaxed, natural-light studio in Longwarry north, designed to be calm, cozy, and stress-free for both you and your baby.
-
Can siblings and parents be included in the session?
Absolutely. I encourage family involvement—these images are all about connection and storytelling. Sibling and parent portraits are some of the most treasured photos.
-
How long does a newborn session take?
Newborn sessions typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, settling, and capturing a variety of timeless images. -
What should we wear?
I recommend soft, neutral tones and timeless, comfortable outfits to keep the focus on your baby. Once you book, I’ll send you a styling guide to help with outfit choices.
-
What if my toddler won't cooperate for the session?
Toddlers are full of energy, and that’s completely okay! With over 15 years of working professional with children, I take a relaxed, playful approach to sibling photos—letting them be themselves and capturing those sweet, natural moments in between.
